A: Absolutely as well as the UK… we help investors from Tokyo, Hong Kong, UAE, Singapore, South Africa.

A: Primarily yes but we can also source commercial properties also.

Q: What areas do you source the properties in?

A: This depends on what your end goal is and budget.

Q: Can you find suitable tenants for the properties?

A: Yes we have great relationships with letting agents and would be happy to connect.

Q: I may need help with funding, can you help with a mortgage?

A: We are not mortgage brokers but we do have several in our network who can assist you.

Q: How much do you charge?

A: We provide a bespoke service to each client, naturally we charge a fee but rest assured this is explained in our call, so there's no surprises or hidden costs.
